Dr. Tricia Moss is a New York State Licensed Psychologist, New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst, and a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). She has been working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2001. Dr. Moss received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the subprogram in Learning Processes and Behavior Analysis at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Westchester Institute for Human Development (WIHD), a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. During that time she completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Training Program. Thereafter, she became a member of the Behavioral Psychology Program at WIHD, first as a senior behavior analyst and then as an assistant director. In addition, she was an assistant professor at New York Medical College from 2011-2013 and an adjunct professor at Queens College- CUNY for several years. Dr. Moss has been the Clinical Director of ABA Psychological Services, P.C. since we started in 2013, and is dedicated to improving the lives of the individuals she works with and their families.

Rosaria Gussin (Sara) is the Director of Training and Supervision at ABA Psychological Services. She received her master’s in Special Education and Behavior Analysis from Queens College. Sara has been working with our agency for the past five years and has been a BCBA supervisor with us for the past three.

Jennifer Collins, BCBA/LBA

Jennifer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters in Early Childhood Education. She has 12 years of experience with working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders in a variety of settings. Jennifer has worked in schools, centers, and in homes throughout her career. She received her masters from Queens College in 2006 and completed her board certification classes at the University of North Texas in 2012. Her professional interests include: social skills groups, sibling support, and research in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Michele is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She received her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queens College in 2016. Michele has experience providing ABA services in-home based and in-school settings.

Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She has been working with ABA Psychological Services for over a year. Jessica completed her graduate coursework in Early Intervention, Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of Pittsburgh. She has experience working in the home and school setting."

Erica Madera is an Aba therapist and a BCBA at ABA Psychological Services. She received her Master’s in Psychology- Behavior Analysis from Queens College. Erica has been working with the agency for five years and has experience working with children, young adults, and adults with Autism.


Chris Schulman, M.A.

Chris Schulman, M.A.

Chris has been an ABA Paraprofessional with ABA Psychological Services since 2016. Chris received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education from Hofstra University. Chris has experience providing ABA services in-school based settings, in-home based settings and in the community. Chris is currently receiving supervision to become a BCBA and LBA.


Stephanie Parilla, M.A.

Stephanie is a Queens College graduate. She has obtained her master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis in 2019. Stephanie has experience working with children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder in various settings. She is currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst.


Haeri Gim - ABA Paraprofessional

Haeri has been an ABA Paraprofessional with ABA Psychological Services since 2017. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Queens College and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Queens College. Haeri has experience with providing ABA services in the in-home setting and in the community. She is currently receiving supervision to become a BCBA and LBA.

Jessica has experience providing ABA services in-school based settings, and in-home based settings. Jessica is currently receiving supervision to become a BCBA and LBA.
